Symbols change when computer has only Viewer due to fonts not available.
Cause:
The font originally used for the symbols or bullets is not available on the computer.
Solution:
Save the fonts with the presentation so that they can be displayed on other computers.
1) Open the presentation .
2) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save As...'. (The File Save dialog box appears.)
3) Type the current name of the presentation, or a new name, in the 'File name' box.
4) Select the 'Embed TrueType' check box.

5) Click 'Save'.
NOTE: The presentation can now be given from a computer without all the fonts PowerPoint installs.
